Previous Indian cricket group commander Rahul Dravid has held up a grievance against a Bengaluru-based firm for purportedly bamboozling him of Rs 4 crore, police said.
“Dravid had held up a protestation with us two days back against Vikram Venture Organization for duping him of Rs 4 crore,” Sadashivanagar police auditor Naveen told PTI here.
Despite the fact that there were reports of numerous sportspersons and different big names being tricked by the organization, Dravid has been the first to stop an objection. A little while prior, the police had captured five people, including a previous games columnist, for supposedly hoodwinking a few people of crores of rupees through Vikram Venture Organization.
The organization’s proprietor Raghavendra Sreenath and specialists Sutram Suresh (a previous columnist), Narasimhamurthy, KC Nagaraj and Prahlad were captured, Naveen said.
Dravid, in his protest, charged that he had put Rs 20 crore in the organization in 2014 on the affirmation of getting higher returns, however, was yet to get back Rs 4 crore to coordinate his primary venture.
“Dravid has got Rs 16 crore, yet he is yet to get the rest of the Rs 4 crore. The cricketer has submitted important reports in such manner,” Naveen said.
An argument was enrolled against the organization and the five people based on a protestation held up by one of the financial specialists P R Balaji, who claims an incense sticks organization.
